An hour and a half north of Melbourne CBD is the charming town of Healesville. This enchanting small town is a great place to escape from the hustle and bustle and unwind in a location with a  slower pace. Or, if you're looking for a scenic drive, Healesville is the start of the picturesque Black Spur Drive through the mountains.
