2. Where can I hire a van from?
KINTO is available from a range of national locations, some available 24/7. Click here to explore locations, just filter for vans.
3. How long can I hire a van for?
You can rent a KINTO van for as little as one hour, all the way up to a year. The longer you hire for, the cheaper the rates become.
4. What is the minimum age to hire a van?
You need to be 18 and have at least P2 provisional drivers licence to hire a KINTO van (can't use on green P's)
5. Can I have an additional driver?
Yes! Any approved KINTO member can drive any KINTO vehicle, regardless of who’s name the booking is in. There is no fee for additional drivers.
6. Do the vans come with insurance?
Insurance is included with KINTO. The insurance excess payable will vary depending on age. You can reduce the insurance excess payable for an additional fee per booking. View more info here.
7. Do I need to return the van full of fuel?
All bookings include fuel, just use the provided fuel card to refuel as required. You just need to return the van with at least ¼ tank.
8. Do you provide roadside assistance in case my van breaks down?
KINTO cars are covered by 24/7 Roadside Assistance. If you need Roadside Assistance, call 1300 832 772.
