1. Entry into the "Comedy Festival Roadshow Giveaway" (the "Competition") is open to residents of Australia and over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is KINTO, a program of Toyota Finance Australia Limited ABN 48 002 435 181 (the "Promoter"). Entry into the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition begins at 12:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 2nd May 2024 and closes at 12:00pm (AEST) on Monday 13th May 2024 (the "Competition Period").
4. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
be over the age of 18 years; and
be a resident of Australia.
PRIZE
5. There are Four Prizes to be won in total for the Competition. Each Prize includes:
A double pass to the Comedy Festival Roadshow; and
1 x $200 KINTO voucher
6. One Prize is available for each of the four Roadshow event locations:
Perth – Regal Theatre 15/6/24
Hobart – Odeon Theatre 11/7/24
Brisbane - The Tivoli 22/6/24
Alice Springs – Araluen Arts Centre 15/5/24
7. Prize winners are responsible for their own transport to the show. Flights will not be provided for interstate winners.
8. The total Prize value for the Competition is approximately $1200 (Australian Dollars).
AWARD OF PRIZE
9. Entry to the Competition is deemed upon commenting on the dedicated Competition post on the official KINTO Instagram profile (@kinto_au) or Facebook profile (@KINTO.MOBILITY.AUS/ ), by tagging a friend and specifying preferred show location. Entries will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.
10. Multiple entries per person are allowed.
11. This is a game of chance. Each valid entry will be entered into the draw.
12. The draw date for the Prizes is Monday 13th May 2024 at 2:00pm (AEDT) at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria. One winner for each location will be chosen by using a random number generator (random.org).
13. Winners will be notified by Instagram or Facebook direct message on Monday 13th May 2024 at 2:30pm (AEDT) from the official KINTO accounts, as well as being published as a post on the KINTO Facebook & Instagram accounts.
14. A Prize winner must reply to the Promoter’s message to claim their Prize.
15. If a Prize winner has not claimed their prize by Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 12:00pm (AEST), then the Prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 12:30pm (AEDT)at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria using a random number generator (random.org). No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter if a Prize is forfeited under this clause 15.
16. The Prize will be delivered to the Prize winners’ email address provided during Competition entry within 1 business day of the Prize winner claiming their Prize in accordance with clause 14.
17. If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize (or a relevant part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value to the extent this is permitted by a regulatory authority.
AGE
18. Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter the Competition. Any entry from persons who do not meet this age criteria will be determined ineligible for entry.
GENERAL
19. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as the Prize winner/s or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
20. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any delays to entry caused by technical disruptions or malfunctions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Only genuine entries from individuals are permitted.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
22. Entrants are advised that their personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names as the winner may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
23. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
