Terms and Conditions of Entry for the KINTO’S COMEDY SHOWCASE Promotion
1. Entry into the "KINTO’s Comedy Showcase" (the "Competition") is open to approved KINTO members who are residents of Australia and over the age of 18 years. The Promoter is KINTO, a program of Toyota Finance Australia Limited ABN 48 002 435 181 (the "Promoter"). Entry into the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter and the agencies associated with this Competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition begins at 12:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 4th March 2026 and closes at 9:00am (AEDT) on Wednesday 1st April 2026 (the "Competition Period").
4. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
(a) be over the age of 18 years;
(b) be a resident of Australia;
(d) Be an approved KINTO member by the conclusion of the competition period

40 x Local Prizes, consisting of:
- Two tickets to KINTO’S Comedy Showcase, Saturday 11th April
6. The KINTO’S Comedy Showcase will be held at the Westin Hotel on Saturday 11th April, from 1:45pm until 3:30pm. Event consists of 45 minutes of pre-show canapes and drinks, followed by a 60 minute comedy show featuring 7 artists.
7. Winner of the Interstate prize will only be drawn from entrants that have indicated they are interstate on the entry form.
8. Winners for Local Prizes will be drawn from entrants that indicate they are not interstate on the entry form.
9. Total prize value is approximately $19,400 (Australian Dollars).
AWARD OF PRIZE
10. Entry is deemed upon completing the entry form at www.kinto.com.au/micf. Entries will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form.
11. Only one entry per person is allowed.
12. The mobile number and email address of winners will be matched to KINTO membership to confirm eligibility.
13. This is a game of chance. Each valid entry will be entered into the draw.
14. The draw date is Wednesday 1st April 2026 12:00pm (AEDT) at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria. Major Prizes will be drawn first. The Prize winners will be chosen by using a random number generator (random.org).
15. The interstate prize winner will be notified by mobile and email on Wednesday 1st April 2:00pm. Local prize winners will be notified by email on Thursday 2nd April 2026 12:00pm (AEDT). Notifying emails will be sent from a KINTO/Toyota email address. KINTO takes no responsibility for emails not being received by the prize winner, or for sent emails being directed to a prize winner’s junk or spam mailboxes.
16. Prize winners’ first names, last names and residing Suburb may be published as social media posts on the KINTO Facebook & Instagram accounts.
17. A Prize winner must reply to KINTO’s notifying email, or verbally accept their prize during the mobile call to claim their Prize. If a prize winner does not claim their Prize by 6th April 2026 at 23:59 (AEDT), then the Prize will be forfeited. Any and all unclaimed Prizes will be subject to a redraw. The redraw will take place on April 7th 2026 at 12:00pm (AEDT) at 155 Bertie St, Port Melbourne Victoria using a random number generator (random.org).
18. The Prize will be delivered to the Prize winners email address within 1 day of the Prize winner claiming their Prize in accordance with Clause 17.
19. If the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the Prize (or a relevant part of the Prize) with a Prize of equal or greater value to the extent this is permitted by a regulatory authority.
AGE
20. Entrants must be over 18 years old to enter the Competition. Any entry from persons who do not meet this age criteria will be determined ineligible for entry.
GENERAL
21. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent with proof of identity, residency, age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as the Prize winner/s or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the Promoter's authorised agent. Proof of age, identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
22. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Promoter's database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any delays to entry caused by technical disruptions or malfunctions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Only genuine entries from individuals are permitted.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the award of prize/s to, and/or to disqualify any individual who, as determined in the sole discretion of the Promoter, has breached these terms and conditions or who has otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that is designed to jeopardise the fair conduct of the Competition.
24. Entrants are advised that their personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and their names as the winner may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
25. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the Competition.
